We had a pleasant stay at this mini hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful, and the location was serene and quiet. The breakfast was appetizing, and the room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the beautiful lake view from our balcony and the medieval town-like feel of the hotel. The property also had a spa and a restaurant which were added benefits.

The bed linens were not sufficient for four people.

Our room lacked some basic amenities, like slippers and cups for our electric pot. The air conditioning was also loud and uncomfortable at times.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Abrau-Dyurso. the staff's communication was excellent, both before and during our stay. They were always responsive and friendly. Secondly, the room was surprisingly spacious and even had a full kitchen, which was a great convenience for our multi-day stay. Lastly, the highlight was definitely the room with a stunning view from the balcony. It was like having a private retreat with breathtaking views of the lake. Oh, and I can't forget to mention the delicious breakfast they served!
